- Is it safe to use my credit card with the Tole Diggers?
Yes, our convention site now contains a secure
shopping cart so that you can register and pay for classes
via our website using your credit card or PayPal and receive
immediate confirmation for your classes. Detailed instructions
how to use the cart are here.
- Can I pay for classes with a check?
Yes, if you prefer to pay by check for your
classes, please download the class
registration form.
Please print clearly your class information into the form.
Please do not forget to add the registration fee, unless
you are a Tole Digger. Registration Fees, Class Fees and
Project Fees must be included in your payment. Total your
fees, make your check out to COSTDP, and mail your check
with the registration form to the Class Chairman. You will
receive a copy back as your class confirmation.
- How do I register for Tole Country online?
Choose the classes you want and add them
to your shopping cart. Include your registration fee if
you are not a Tole Digger member. Go to your Shopping Cart,
and follow the instructions for completing the registration
process. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. Detailed
instructions how to use the cart are
here.
- What is Tole Country's Refund Policy?
Refunds will be given only for cancelled
classes or already filled classes. Refunds will be available
in the class sales area during the convention. "NO
SHOWS" are NOT entitled to refunds.
- What if a class is canceled by the Teacher?
Notice of cancellation or class changes will
be sent to the original registrant. Transfers to another
class are NOT permitted unless the original class is cancelled
or full.
- What does the teacher supply for each class?
Each teacher will provide a prepared surface,
pattern, written instructions, color photo, and the paint
medium for each student. Any other supplies provided by
the teacher will be listed online with the enlarged photo.
Tole Diggers provide paint water or odorless turpentine
for all classes.
- What supplies do I need for a class at Tole Country?
This depends on the medium you will be using.
Go to Student Supplies
for a list of each medium and the basic supplies to be provided
by the students.
- Where are special supplies listed that are for a specific
class?
When you are looking at a specific class,
simply click to enlarge the photo, and you will see the
list of specific supplies that the teacher has requested
you to bring, besides the regular painting supplies for
that medium.
- What are the different painting levels?
Basic - assume little or no
painting experience, but a willingness to learn
Intermediate - average pace, with some teacher assistance
Advanced - taught at a brisk pace with minimal teacher
assistance
All - painters at all levels are welcome and encouraged
to attend.
- What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
Go to the Schedule
page for a list of times for all events at Tole Country.
- What does it cost to go to Tole Country?
The admission fee for the exhibit hall is
$3.00. This price is good for all three days.
There are demonstrations throughout the event that are Free
to the public.
To take a class, there is a $55.00 registration fee plus
the class fee and project fee that are listed with each
class. The registration fee is good for the entire weekend.
