WHAT IS TOLE COUNTRY?
Tole Country is a regional painting convention presented by
the Central Oklahoma Society of Tole and Decorative Painters,
Inc. This is when we share with the community our love of
painting and all things related to decorative arts.
WHEN IS TOLE COUNTRY?
It is September 21-24, 2011. Classes are held from Wednesday
evening through Saturday afternoon. The exhibit hall opens
up Thursday evening for a sneak peek, and then is open 9-6
on Friday and 9-3 on Saturday.
WHERE IS TOLE COUNTRY?
It is held at the Clarion Meridian Convention Center at I-40
and Meridian in Oklahoma City. Convenient accommodations are
available at the Clarion Hotel with a Tole Country Special
Room Rate of $71.00 per night for ANY room, even suites, for
up to FOUR persons.

HOW MUCH DOES TOLE COUNTRY
COST?
- EXHIBIT HALL $3.00 for three days of shopping our
Exhibit Hall full of the latest painting surfaces, patterns,
paints, brushes and other painting supplies.
- CLASS/PROJECT FEES These are the fees for each
class and they depend on the length of the class and the
cost of the project surface.
- REGISTRATION FEE $45.00 to register to take classes.
After June 30 there is an additional $10
HOW DO I SIGN UP TO ATTEND
TOLE COUNTRY?
- Choose the classes that interest you. We have classes
available for everyone from beginners to advanced painters,
on a variety of surfaces, using different mediums, including
oils, acrylics, stencil crèmes, and pastel chalks.
- Print, fill out the registration form, and mail it with
payment to the Class Chair or register online simply by
adding the classes chosen to the shopping cart and filling
out your online registration form. Contact the Class Chair
if you have questions.
- You will receive a class confirmation. Then when you
arrive at Tole Country, simply check in at the Class Desk
for your packet.
NOTE: There are supplies that the student is responsible
for bringing to class (brushes, graphite paper, etc.) and
occasionally specific items requested by the teacher (an easel
or specific brush). Click on Student Supplies for the items
needed for each medium. The specific supplies are listed with
the enlarged class photo.
