We have made considerable changes to our Convention Website:

• Our convention site now contains a secure shopping cart so that you can register and pay for classes via our website using your credit card or PayPal and receive immediate confirmation for your classes. Detailed instructions how to use the cart are here.
  
  
• If you prefer to pay by check for your classes, please download the registration form (.pdf file will open in a new window).
  
  Complete the registration form. Total your fees and write your check to with your check, made out to COSTDP to

  (You will receive one copy back with your class confirmation.)
  
  
  Please print clearly or type your class information into the form. Please do not forget to add your registration fee.
  
  
• Registration Fees, Class Fees and Project Fees must be included in your payment.
  
  
• Cancelation - Refund Policy
  Refunds will be given only for cancelled classes or already filled classes. Refunds will be available in the class sales area during the convention.
  
  
• Notice of cancellation or class changes will be sent to the original registrant. "NO SHOWS" are NOT entitled to refunds.
  
  
• Transfers to another class are NOT permitted unless the original class is cancelled or full.
